Free energy device

I am currently constructing a free energy device (zero-point energy). It is a device that has a larger output of energy than input. A few attempts of creating  such devices have already been attempted but they have been shut down or declared illegal by the governments. It goes back to the years of Nikola Tesla who was one of the first people to come out publicly with this idea but his laboratories where destroyed. I believe that the possibilities of free energy should be made public.
